Dear Great Lakes Division TCA Members,

In 2025, your Division train meets will move to Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. We are doing this partly because the UAW Hall has rented out to bingo and this conflicts with our meet dates.A benefit of this move is that it will allow us to grow. We are looking at space that will increase space by more than 50%. This will allow us to provide selling space to many more members. Meet chairman John Twarog tells us he could have sold 50 more tables at our September meet.

The future at the fairgrounds looks very bright. The UAW has been very nice to us and I wish them well. If they had not secured this bingo game, which is a 2 days per week rental, they would not have survived keeping that big hall going. TCA's 4 days per year would not have been enough. My entire history with TCA has been at the UAW Hall so I am excited about this move.It's going to be fun to have more space in a new place. Who knows? We may be able to serve more of the HO collectors and maybe we can have more than one modular layout.

P.P.S. - When you arrive at the fairgrounds you will enter off of Eastland Drive and not off of Bagley Road. Use the entrance marked Gate 2. The parking lot is not striped so please use your head when parking your car. I know you know how a parking lot works.
